Job Description In this role, you’ll: Prepare and cook meals for lunch, dinner, and event service, following our recipes and presentation standards. Work across the grill, fryer, and other kitchen stations, ensuring consistent quality and speed. Assist in menu prep, portioning, and mise en place to keep service running smoothly. Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and stock rotation. Keep your section clean, organised, and ready for service at all times. Support the kitchen management in training and guiding junior team members. Pitch in across the kitchen on busy event days to make sure the team delivers under pressure.
